6.00am Coffee in hotel lobby to await transfer by taxi/minibus (depending on the size of your group) to Las Salinas. Soft drinks provided for the journey which takes approximately 2.5 hours from Central Havana.

The last 45 minutes of the transfer is in the wildlife reserve during which you will see the incredible birdlife which the Zapata Peninsula is famous for.

8.45am Tackle up, pick up skiffs and meet your guides. Briefing on Las Salinas, the fishing, fly choice etc. Fishing for the remainder of the day. Packed lunches and cold drinks will be provided and additional drinks are available from the cool box on the skiffs

6.00pm Return onshore, cold beers and discussion of the days fishing

6.15pm Return to Havana for siesta, drink, supper and more fun

Notes: We recommend that guides tips of between US$10-15/day are appropriate if you are pleased with the service. Tips should be paid directly to the guide.

Per fisherman with own skiff and guide £325 (US$520)

Price will be reduced if more than one fisherman travelling as transport costs can be shared

Prices include:

• Use of saltwater fly fishing equipment (if using your own equipment daily rate reduced by £50)
• Transfer to Las Salinas and return to Old Havana
• Use of single skiff with guide
• Packed lunch
• Soft drinks
